• keyboard operation for menus, links, disclosures and forms;
• visible focus, comfortable target sizes and contrast as a design constraint;
• text zoom, narrow-screen reflow and reduced-motion support;
• separate Dutch and English pages with correct language attributes;
• form labels, browser validation and assistive-technology status messages.

Known limitations

The site has not had an independent WCAG audit or testing with people with varied disabilities. Legal pages still need an accessible feedback contact. The future app is outside this webpage review and needs separate testing.

Feedback

Add a working email address and alternative contact method before public launch. Ask users to include the page, device and assistive technology involved, and publish a response target.

Next test

Before launch: keyboard and screen reader, 200% and 400% zoom, 320 CSS-pixel reflow, contrast, error handling, voice control, reduced motion and at least one test with real participants.
